Thanks guys, the pressure is on and i like it that way. If no one gave a shit, it would be harder to give it your best.

This should be really awesome. Getting Dusty dialed in for the border states is a big priority of mine as well. It doesnt take anything away from me, it just adds to my momentum. After we post up his pics you will see what i mean. The nationals is 4 weeks later which is going to be allot of fun.

i really dont like to post pics when im not at my best, but you never know. In about 2.5 weeks i will take my first set of pics and see how i look..

That right there is the grainiest MF with skin shrinkwrapped to his every fiber that Ive seen in a while.

I showed this pic to 2 other prep trainers that are at the top of their game and both of them had the same reaction "WOW....that is truly some elite kind of conditioning"

There is only one word for that kind of conditioning and its the highest compliment there is

"Nasty"

Thanks for posting this. I just talked to Dusty a few days ago and he gives you and your training allot of credit for packing on the size he needed to be ready to compete this year. He has allot of good things to say about it.

CSLIM: We are very happy to have another one on the way. My daughter is 2.5 years old and is great with other kids, she loves to torture us all day long so having a sibling is perfect. We planned this out, i had a couple months before i started my prep and then we got the good news.. We are happy

Getting ready for a big show, having a full time job, kid, wife pregnant, helping allot of people for shows, and other daily chores is challenging. I like challenges.
One of my biggest weaknesses is not reaching out for resources at times. Bodybuilding is an individual sport but involves all those around you.
Im lucky to have the support that I do. THis board has allot of good folks with good talents. Dantes training and Robs work with figure competitors are two examples.
