Alexey Lesukov: 6 times
8th How many calories per meal as you take to you (you count the calories in general)?
Alexey Lesukov: I expect no calories, I have got used to orient myself to the food and portion size.
9th How much fat, carbohydrates, protein in the diet at the moment you take a day to you (or you do not count)?
Alexey Lesukov: I only eat about 20 grams fat, but 450-550 grams 210-240 grams of carbohydrates and protein. Varying the amount of carbohydrates and protein depends on the number of training sessions per day.
10th If you calories, fat, carbohydrates and protein do not count, what are you paying attention to the diet?
Alexey Lesukov: I'm used to orient myself to the food and the portions
11th What kind of food you eat mainly in the diet?
Alexey Lesukov: My main food sources are the buckwheat, fish, egg white, red caviar, marine products, cottage cheese, chicken, pork and beef. Very rarely sharp soups like Kimchi.
12.Welche supplements you take in the diet?
Alexey Lesukov plutonium before training, Tri-Anabol after training, Amino Fusion, Ultra amino, Hellburner, l-carnitine, Hepacare, Ultra AZ.
13th How does your training now at the beginning of the preparation for the competitions?
Alexey Lesukov: I train 5 times a week with 1-2 workouts a day. Wednesday and Sunday, I pause.
14th How long do you train each day
Alexey Lesukov: I train 3-5 hours in preparation.
15th What training principle you use (mean weights or heavy weights)?
Alexey Lesukov: I use heavy weights.
16th How many sets you do per muscle group?
Alexey Lesukov: I make most á 3-5 exercises 3-5 sets.
17th Do you do cardio on the treadmill or bicycle ergometer?
Alexey Lesukov: I like to dance. Proper cardio training starts on Wednesday (25 August).
18th Is there a trick that you make the diet easier?
Alexey Lesukov: I play on the synthesizer, write poetry and meet many friends.
19th Does anything in your free time if you prepare yourself on the competition?
Alexey Lesukov: I sleep then more and am sometimes irritated.
20th What is your psyche in the diet, you are aggressive when you make a comment, diet or humor well in the diet?
Alexey Lesukov: My mood is more good than bad. Very rarely I'm aggressive, just my girlfriend Natasha encourages me off and on.
21st What do you weigh now?
Alexey Lesukov: 118 kg.
22nd How many kg is below your maximum, that you had this year?
Alexey Lesukov: It is 2.4 kg less than my maximum.
