Alexey Lesukov: Only heavy weights! Only hardcore!

Not trying to take anything away from the guy cause he looks good and I didn't watch the video....

Do his legs look way under developed in that pic...

Wonder how much of his size he would keep after cutting :/
 
A lot of people should observe certain things in bodybuilding.

Young guys who are absolutely massive like this guy use heavy weights for reps to become absolutely massive.....

Older bodybuilders will tell people "heavy weights don't matter" TOTALLY forgetting that they once were young and lifting heavy weights and its how they predominantly built their size......but they wont (or cannot) train like that anymore so they will tell everyone "how they are currently training" (light) is the key to their success.

All these elite bodybuilders have incredible genetics but you just have to open your eyes and see the heaviest training bodybuilders for reps (Branch Warren, Johnny Jackson, Dorian Yates, Ronnie Coleman, Mike Francois) create a different +20% look to themselves from their peers. Is it dangerous, hell yeah it is....you are 100 times more likely to tear a pec or get injured using 350 pounds for 12 reps than you are using 185 pounds for 12 reps....but there is no denying that the guys striving to use big weights for reps (as safe as they can) have a different look.....than people just pumping weights.

This kid....genetically his lower biceps are insane...outrageous

Amen Dante.. My only concern is this guy, in all his videos, trains in very low reps and "slinging" fashion.. I unfortunately look for this guy to get Injuried .. It happened to the best out there.. He will do better to hit the 10 to 12 reps mark , as a example, than keep slinging.. But , like I said, he is pound for pound on of the biggest guys out there..

Even Branch Warren is known for some injuries too. Notice how he does partial reps but not full motion. Do experience Pro bodybuilders do partial reps because of their frame not being flexibility or what?

Hello dear blog readers, and loyal customers Peak,

Alexey Lesukov: My goal weight is between 99.9-104 kg.

5th How many kg that is more than last year?

Alexey Lesukov: I weighed last year 2009-94 kg.

6.How does currently from your diet?

Alexey Lesukov: It's the fast food, the calories I refer preferably from complex carbohydrates and proteins (Low Fat).

7th How often do you eat on the day

Alexey Lesukov: 6 times

8th How many calories per meal as you take to you (you count the calories in general)?

Alexey Lesukov: I expect no calories, I have got used to orient myself to the food and portion size.

9th How much fat, carbohydrates, protein in the diet at the moment you take a day to you (or you do not count)?

Alexey Lesukov: I only eat about 20 grams fat, but 450-550 grams 210-240 grams of carbohydrates and protein. Varying the amount of carbohydrates and protein depends on the number of training sessions per day.

10th If you calories, fat, carbohydrates and protein do not count, what are you paying attention to the diet?

Alexey Lesukov: I'm used to orient myself to the food and the portions

11th What kind of food you eat mainly in the diet?

Alexey Lesukov: My main food sources are the buckwheat, fish, egg white, red caviar, marine products, cottage cheese, chicken, pork and beef. Very rarely sharp soups like Kimchi.

12.Welche supplements you take in the diet?

Alexey Lesukov plutonium before training, Tri-Anabol after training, Amino Fusion, Ultra amino, Hellburner, l-carnitine, Hepacare, Ultra AZ.

13th How does your training now at the beginning of the preparation for the competitions?

Alexey Lesukov: I train 5 times a week with 1-2 workouts a day. Wednesday and Sunday, I pause.

14th How long do you train each day

Alexey Lesukov: I train 3-5 hours in preparation.

15th What training principle you use (mean weights or heavy weights)?

Alexey Lesukov: I use heavy weights.

16th How many sets you do per muscle group?

Alexey Lesukov: I make most á 3-5 exercises 3-5 sets.

17th Do you do cardio on the treadmill or bicycle ergometer?

Alexey Lesukov: I like to dance. Proper cardio training starts on Wednesday (25 August).

18th Is there a trick that you make the diet easier?

Alexey Lesukov: I play on the synthesizer, write poetry and meet many friends.

19th Does anything in your free time if you prepare yourself on the competition?

Alexey Lesukov: I sleep then more and am sometimes irritated.

20th What is your psyche in the diet, you are aggressive when you make a comment, diet or humor well in the diet?

Alexey Lesukov: My mood is more good than bad. Very rarely I'm aggressive, just my girlfriend Natasha encourages me off and on.

21st What do you weigh now?

Alexey Lesukov: 118 kg.



22nd How many kg is below your maximum, that you had this year?

Alexey Lesukov: It is 2.4 kg less than my maximum.

23rd Will you also participate in this year's Body Xtreme Invitational on October 16 in Mainz?

Alexey Lesukov: Yes, I have already promised Thomas Böttcher, that I will participate in the Body Xtreme.

24th What races are on your plan for 2010?

Alexey Lesukov: North-West Championship, Body Xtreme Invitational, Grand Prix, the empire Fitness (Russia) and the 2010 World Cup

He will probably burn out soon from all the stuff he's been on for so long at such a young age.
