All endurance athletes who get tested

A friend of mine gets tested for gear and is a runner.

I recommened Var cause the strength and short life
in body to be tested.

What would you recommend?

I think we are talking like 3 weeks or 4 weeks from now.

I never recommened Winny or used it cause of effect on bones
but for short time I guess I would if I used and know effects.

He has four months to get tested not 4 weeks.
