I had the surgery 7 years ago, my insurance picked up most the costs.

Make sure they do it right, gyno surgery can collapse your chest concave inward.

Also you may loose sensitivity in your nipples for the rest of your life.

If you are juicing you MUST let the doctor and the anesthesiologist know. Juice will make it harder for the anesthesia to work on you when they are putting you to sleep b4 the surgery.

Mine is 3x bigger on one side, really one is very large and the other is almost nothing. Do you think I am more likely to get it covered?

Yes.

Absolutely having it done unilaterally will show that you're not just doing it for cosmetics. Insurers aren't dumb. If it's obvious that you're a normal person in pain, they'll usually cover you. If you walk in, 250 ripped, they're going to know that you did it to yourself.
