All of a sudden I can't pin my quads without excruciating pain, what changed?!

Very similar experience (to what Dom said not the quad thing) very rarely get bad pip but often when I do it’s a sign I’m about to get the flu or something friends I speak to when I’ve mentioned this have realised it’s often been the same with them

Maybe coincidence or maybe like Dom said when the systems already run down it just pushes it further

One unusual thing I’ve had twice recently but never prior was pressure with glute injections actually firing the plunger out of the syringe anyone else had similar?

WIERD! I have acold now after a week of 3x heated up, slin pin injections,

there HAS to be some sort of correlation. I know my immune is wacked out from 1 mo of bactrim and cephalexin and amoxicillin yuck, been eating fermented foods since.

dying for a sauna trip but my gym doesn't have em, been taking hella baths, need epsom salt though

Ive had that happen a few times and oil just explode everything LOL!

Seemingly so yeah a bit worrying but never any pain and only happened twice with multiple shots to the same area in between

My gf does those shots for me so I can’t say for 100% what happened but seemingly that
