All organic?

So I'm going all organic for the next 90 days to see how much better I feel, difference with gains in the gym, labs and overall organ function, specifically liver kidney, adrenals and digestive. All meat will be natural grass fed, wild fish and organic eggs and veggies and fruits. Anyone wants to chime in on how they feel when or if they are all organic. I'll keep u posted.

My wife eats primarily organic foods, and she is also vegetarian. She swears by it.

Aloha,

Been eating orgainic for over 20 years. Significant improvement in the taste and how I feel. I compare it by eating non-organic and there is definitely a more satisfying taste, more energy and better health.. The best tasting fruits and vegetables though come from the garden and one's own trees. No storage or handling make a huge difference. Grass fed and organic meats are the only way to go.
