We have a new addition to the board. It's called the monthly FEATURED MEMBER!
Each month, everyone on the board will nominate and vote for a member of their choosing. At the end of each month, the votes will be tallied and the winner becomes the FEATURED MEMBER who will be featured for a month at the top of the board and who will win some great prizes.
You will be entered into the Featured Member user group on ProMuscle and you will always be able to be indentified as such in your profile.
I want to thank our sponsors and Big A for arranging these monthly prizes to the FEATURED MEMBER - and they're:
From Synthetek - 1 Syntherol, 1 Synthelator, 1 SynthePURE, 1 Synthetek t-shirt, 1 x Synthetek cap and 1 Synthetek drink bottle

Contest Rules:
1. Must have posted a pic in Members Pictures forum
2. Must be an active member - making & replying to posts, generally contributing
3. Picture cannot be a nude!
4. They cannot be on the ProMuscle banner at the top of the board.
5. Those recommending someone should put a reason in their post and a link to their pic - this will help members decide.
6. A person that has won Featured Member can only be nominated once in a 12-month period.
7. Around the 15th of the month we'll make a post asking for members to select members to vote on, number to vote on is limited to how many can be in a "Poll" - categories will be (and will alternate) male, female, competitor, powerlifter. This post will be left up ~1 week
8. Around the 22nd of the month we'll post a "Poll" for members to vote on their choice for Featured Member of the month. This post will be left up for ~5 days as we'll need time to add that member and upload file for beginning of following month
9. The Admin has the last say.
Unless approved by Big A, mods are not eligible.
This month will begin the voting for the OCTOBER FEATURED MEMBER, who will be announced on 1st of October.
Also, I hope y'all like the new logo and banner I made.
