allergies in the winter

How many of you guys are suffering this holiday season? It seems like every year around December and January I get terrible allergies including some crazy sneezing episodes and running nose. This is the only time of the year this seems to happen to me which is so weird.does anyone else suffer from this same type of thing and what are you doing to remedy it? I live in Arizona by the way if that matters at all

It could be a cedar allergy which is common this time of year or possibly you have a real xmas tree....

I seen someone post over on Alin Board about Flonase awhile back so I got a script from my doctor. It's helped me more than anything with no noticeable side effects at all. 2 sprays up each nostril and I'm good to go for the day. It's supposed to be good for a broad sprectrum of allergens too.

Gets me every year. I can currently hardly hear out of my left ear. Flonase does help, but it dries out my sinuses so bad it's almost not worth it

I suffer with it in the winter; usually mine starts from filbert trees which drop a pollen late January. Molds, mildews, indoor dust, cat and dog hair....everything sets it off once it starts. I use a nasal spray called beconase...seems to knock it down quite a bit.

It has to be this. I was doing a bunch of reading going over the pattern of when I get these allergies and I nailed it down to having a real Christmas tree. Since I removed my tree yesterday I feel 100% better. I'm still sneezing about once a day but not feeling nearly like I was yesterday. What a weird allergy!!

My Father is on Flonase and he swears by it. He had horrible allergies for years, and with the Flonase they are completely gone.
