I did zyzal upon waking..Flonase throughout the day..and Benadryl at night.

I just did 24 days of bpc-157 at 500mcg a day and now I don’t have allergy issues..not sure why

Usually zyrtec and Claritin do the job. But this year I'm either clogged up or snot is pouring out. I'm thinking of trying some flonase. Anyone else use flonase with success and did you have any sides? I know its a corticosteroid but I would assume it only works on the nasal area since it is a nose spray to reduce swelling?

Try the Grossan Sinupulse Elite and put Breathease XL in the water. I have the world's worst allergies and have since I was a little kid. It is like a waterpick for the nose and works great at getting out all the mucus and helps to calm the inflammation. I use it once in the morning and at night before bed.

Also, for those that use a CPAP with humidifier, just turn up the humidity a little and it helps to act as a sinus rinse while you sleep somewhat as well.

Zyrtec and Claritin reduce my sexual function. I use nasacort spray in the morning and Azelastine nasal spray allergy medicine at night. Nasacort doesn’t make you sleepy but Azelastine does! No hangovers the next day or sexual dysfunction you can get with other allergy medications. I use two sprays of each allergy medicine daily in both nostrils.

Yes I wear a cpap. But past few days I haven't been because of the allergies. But this flonase is definitely working now and I will wear it tonight. I will crank that humidity up on it tonight.
