Hey guys,

I have been working with a great trainer from this board in Alex Azarian. In the past 11 weeks I've lost a total of 30 lbs. I'm seeing some great results, however, I've hit a plataeu. Alex suggested I have a cheat meal (hearing that was like the gates of heaven opening up) to kickstart my fat burning again.

So what do you guys think? Should I go all out or take it in some sort of moderation? Mind you I haven't had a bad meal in 3 months (including x-mas and new years). Any suggestions on a meal would be great. I was thinking about a whole bag of Doritos and combo of Italian Beef & Sausage from Portillos.

I would say for what you might be trying to accomplish, Pancakes and Syrup and maybe Pizza or Lasagna
 
BRO JUST PICK YOUR FAVORITE ITS YOUR CHEAT MEAL. CUZ I WOULD SAY GIANT PIZZA WITH EVERY MEAT.

I would go for a HUGE breakfast. I am a big big breakfast guy!

Pizza would do it for me or a grinder (think Quizno's only better).

I would go with a delicious past dish also, they always seem to hit the spot. But Pizza Hut does quite the job also with one of those greasy deep dishes.
 
Speaking of Cheat Meal, I would have a Chicken or Beef Kebab. I sometimes have that once a week if not fortnightly. They are healthy and low in fat.
 
Thanks guys! Had it today, it was pretty much anti-climactic. i was full after 1 Italian sausage sandwich.

Hey Big Chef, Since your a bodybuilder and a chef and married to a Filipina, what do u think of chicken adobo, if I made it with chicken breast and took it easy on the oyster sauce and ate it with brown rice, healthy?
