all the first pics are from me a day before Atlantic States 09' (taken on June 5th)...did skip loading not shit loading. The second pics are from 1.5 weeks out from Atlantic States 10' (taken 05/26/10)...Just wanted to say thanks to all the promuscle guys who has critique in good ways, bads ways, and all the in betweens. It has help me gotten to where I am today. Atlantics states 09' was my first NPC show ever (2nd show in my life if anyway was wondering). I placed 6th and was very sour after the show but tenny pointed out to me what kind of show I did so I wasn't too upset after his explanation. This year I'm hoping to show the judges what drastic improvements I have made to my physique and hope it pays off...Again Thank You everyone for reading and commenting.

MOST MUSCULAR

I was 207lbs in first set of pics, I'm 221 for second set of pics...hoping to be onstage between 218 to 220lbs. Here's the link to the competition pics if anyone wanted to see how my condition look on stage:

yah u do look tighter in the pics from last year. but your biceps, quads and midlle back do look like they got bigger.

the first pictures are of me carb loading than depleted already, guess I should of waited till the day out from comp to post comparison...I have not trick my body yet where the first pictures are after trick. I'm still holding water under the skin, once I trick I'll get all the water into my muscle bellies...you'll see, I'll post the pics from the day before when I get there.
 
But I do not see a difference..........you are leaner on the left side pics.

X2...you look leaner and your quads actually look a little bigger in your first year. Lower back thickness also seems to be more visible in the first pics. Biceps do look better this year tho. Maybe it's just the way the pics are taken? Good luck.

some of the pics look same or just leaner in the first...but where i do see a big difference is in the side tri and bi pics you can tell how where the extra muscle went..you are much thicker front of chest to your back thickness is a lot. you are a strong mofo and those heavy lifts are what probably did that to ya!

thank you the compliment...I was trying to show that my body gained some thickness...I still have to dry out for the show, I'll take the criticism and let it fuel me because I know what my body did as I came into Atlantic the first time and I know what it has done this time around...hint, my hammy didn't even come in until a day out from the first atlantic. I've been perfect on my cutting diet and for the first time haven't even cheated once, I upped my cardio by 3 folds and I believe it'll pay off on stage.
 
What have you been doing for biceps? They're definitely bigger. Quads look more 3-D in that first pic. I know you're doing keto (which I like as well). What are your meals like?

wazup beast, I didn't even notice that until you guys pointed it out to me. All I did different really was using extreme amount of weight in the off-season, I'm talking about weight that would require horrible form to do. In-season, I did each body part twice a week with 1 day being heavy weights and the other day all about contraction and pumping of the muscle. about the quads, I think it's probably the posing trunk and protan because a year I couldn't push anywhere near what weight I can push now with my legs. right now, I'm only taking in about 2,400 calories from chicken and salmon (8 meals, every 2 hrs....6oz of chicken, 4oz of salmon per meal). I was fine until today, I'm just angry, depressed, hungry, and mentally unstable. The only good thing was my weights pretty much held up throughout the cut.
