Almost killed somebody at the gym.

After my workout I was sitting in the jacuzzi with my gf. We do this quite regularly with no problems. Everybody in the gym is very kind and polite for the most part. A few more assholes here than most places but not like this.

After ten minutes an asian guy walks over to me with his girlfriend and said that the guy coming over threw something that hit her in the face because the guy "didn't like their PDA." Said guy comes up to me and tells me that me and my gf are banned from the gym and we need to get out of the pool right now. He doesn't work there. He's never been in a gym in his life from the looks of it.

I GOT A KISS ON THE CHEEK. IS THAT OFFENSIVE TO ANYBODY?

He said if we don't get out he's gonna throw something that'll hit her in the face.

Apparently underneath the water I didn't seem to be 240 pounds. When I got out of the pool he ran to the phone and threatened to call the cops on me. I ripped the phone out of his hand and called the front desk to get him out quickly before he got hurt.

The whole time I told him to understand that he needs to be respectful. This isn't the world of warcraft. He may be a level 53 druid but this is real fucking life and you dont threaten to throw shit at women. ESPECIALLY if their high strung boyfriend is right next to them.

He actually told me that I didn't look to be in much better shape than him. He looked like the heaviest thing he has ever lifted is a mouse for a computer. Perhaps a can of soda. Maybe 11 inch arms and a 50 inch waist.

I made sure to yell at everybody in the pool to look at his giant red stretch marks on his stomach and if they thought it was gross. I told him I'd fuck him in his fat ass in front of everybody. I'd rape the shit out of him and that he better get out.

I think I handled myself well, considering that I was considering spilling his brains on the pool deck. After the guy from the front desk told him to leave, he asked to be escorted out so I didn't hurt him. Which honestly was probably good because I planned on going into the locker room after him.

If you get in a fight and are questioned by the police always say you felt threatened and nothing more.

Assault is a felony and you do not want to be convicted over something you could have walked away from.

You handled it poorly because you put yourself in a position where subsequent events could have cost you your freedom ...and it happens at the snap of a finger.

I'm just looking out for your when I say these things. Figure out how to handle those situations better.

maybe in Canada its different, but if there are four witnesses to a guy threatening to hit a girl and has already hit one moments before, hitting the guy would get you a medal not a sue.

you got a valid point, but i have seen this shit play out in court, and I will tell ya that if your a man and you threaten a woman or put your hands on her your ass is gonna loose! I had a female friend that had a boyfriend that beat the living shit out of a guy cause he threatened her and spit in her face and then shoved her and her boyfriend beat the hell out of the guy and the guy took him to court for assaulting him. well the judge ruled in favor of my female friend and her boyfriend cause the judge was totally sickened of the thought that a man would threaten harm to a woman. (judge was a male).

anyway im just glad that this situation at the gym didn't end in violence! good for all parties involved.
