Aloe Vera Juice

I just started drinking Aloe Vera Juice after doing some research on it. There are many varieties and I drink the organic version that is the whole plant.

The tag on the bottle claims that by taking your supplements (vitamins, minerals, etc) with aloe vera juice in place of water, they are absorbed 2,000% better by your body!

Have you noticed a difference when taking it? I mean do you feel better after taking it? More energy??

I take Aloe Vera daily, first thing in the morning... and I don't planning on stopping because I feel good on it.

Ms. Q If you tried the brand I tried you wouldn't care what the hell it did for you it was terrible I couldn't stomach it. But hopefully there is better stuff out there now that was many yrs ago.

The stuff I buy has almost no flavor, like a lightly sweetened water. Tastes fine to me!

I feel good when taking it, not huge amounts. I take a good swig first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then with my vitamins, etc.
