Aloha PM,
See some familiar names and faces..
It's been a while to say the least. Multiple moves back and forth. Relationships - perhaps one day the Tao will provide me with an understanding goddess. Couldn't live this life without some new health issues - opportunities - lucky me - sure have learned a lot about human resiliency and regeneration. Though every once in a while, for a few moments, I want a time out from life.
What doesn't kill us...makes us stronger - right?
Recently diagnosed with diffuse bilateral osteopenia in both femurs. Long and short - Lt. hip replaced 2x - 2nd time in 2010 due to osteolysis. Rt. hip 1x 2013. Lumbar spinal stenosis surgery 2013 - L-3-4-5 laminotomy - L-5-S-1 Laminectomy. Ruptured discs, herniated disc's, annulus fibers tears before and after.
Nerve damage from the surgery in my rt. calf. Foot function and big toe inhibited, no strength, etc.
I am all in and wisely attacking this new challenge/opportunity!
Long and short of it the perfect storm led to the bilateral osteopenia. Just had blood work done - everything on point - except my test was ridiculously high.
Which makes no sense considering the supra small dose I do.
Great to be back!
