Aloha PM,

See some familiar names and faces..

It's been a while to say the least. Multiple moves back and forth. Relationships - perhaps one day the Tao will provide me with an understanding goddess. Couldn't live this life without some new health issues - opportunities - lucky me - sure have learned a lot about human resiliency and regeneration. Though every once in a while, for a few moments, I want a time out from life.

What doesn't kill us...makes us stronger - right?

Recently diagnosed with diffuse bilateral osteopenia in both femurs. Long and short - Lt. hip replaced 2x - 2nd time in 2010 due to osteolysis. Rt. hip 1x 2013. Lumbar spinal stenosis surgery 2013 - L-3-4-5 laminotomy - L-5-S-1 Laminectomy. Ruptured discs, herniated disc's, annulus fibers tears before and after.

Nerve damage from the surgery in my rt. calf. Foot function and big toe inhibited, no strength, etc.

I am all in and wisely attacking this new challenge/opportunity!

Long and short of it the perfect storm led to the bilateral osteopenia. Just had blood work done - everything on point - except my test was ridiculously high.

Which makes no sense considering the supra small dose I do.

Great to be back!

You sound like a prime candidate for high dose vitamin k2 mk4 (45mg a day)

It’s well researched. Worth a having a look

improves bone density as long as you’re supplementing it. When you’re taking it, it’s activating osteocalcin, so osteocalcin can bind to your bones, then grab calcium from your bloodstream and lock it into the bone matrix.
When you stop taking it, this cascade stops.

many studies and meta analyses
