@heavyhitter if your CNS is anything like your stomach, which is very similar to mine, the racetam family will feel speedy (not to discount their effectiveness) as I have tried and enjoyed a few but I also have hypertension this should be NOTED. Noopept 30-45 min before desired time of study, I dont remember what I Used to use to potentiate it but there was something I used. Taurine and Noopept saved my body and mind when I was abusing substances. I want to say noopept has some beneficial effect on our nMDA receptors if I remember correctly which is good for ptsd sufferers. Eggyolks have choline in them

Alpha GPC does wonders for my depression

Cdp choline MAKES me depressed. I've been meaning to try alpha gpc again. It's been a long time. Some have better luck with one and not the other.

Just something for people to be aware of... Messing with choline and racetams is well known to affect mood negatively for some people. Not all. I feel great initially on Cdp choline and piracetam but then after a few days I become very pessimistic, and it's not always so obvious so I don't make the connection.

Those who use L-Tyrosine, what dose is a good one for most people? I've heard people using anywhere from 500mg all the way to 2000mg at once.

Rhodiola and phosphatidylserine give me a great nootropic and mood boosting effect. Alpha gpc , although never tried standalone, makes me feel spacey

500 is good, I like it at that dose. Great for thyroid function, as well

The first time I took Alpha-GPC, didn’t notice much. However at 600 mgs, it gives me great focus.
