I would agree with what everyone in this thread has said. It's great postworkout as an insulin mimicker...and take it a few minutes before a big meal, or meal with alot of carbs. Plus you can just take it as a liver aid. It is an awesome liver aid. Oh and one other thing..the dude that said R and the E version both work, you just need more of entiomer E - THANK YOU! I try to tell people that all the dang time. There are hundreds upon hundreds of studies backing the E version..it just so happens that R form is more readily absorbed, so you can use less.
