please correct if i am wrong..

my undestanding is elevated enzymes for ggt is for boozers, alt is basically orals? and ast is regardless if juice or natty but from actual muscle breakdown during training?

both alt and ast will elevate due to training.
Those enzymes are not liver specific but also found in other organs and in muscle tissue.
GGT is more specific for liver health
where and how does bilirubin fall into this category if?

this is a very long and complex question, and trying to simplify it to

This moves this
This moves that

And an elevated xxxx means….zzzz is not how it woeks

GGT is more liver specific, yes. But even a doctor who is a specialist will need follow up liver specific test to do a differential diagnosis

Like liver ultrasounds, anti trypsin-1 tests, hepatitis screens, etc.

I just wanted to say thank you for your contributions to this board brother! salute

thanks guys, just trying to get a better understanding.

I have a flow diagram for making decisions when looking at the liver enzymes, I’ll try to find it and shoot it to you.

But it’s literally just a “maybe thing”
