Its almost exclusively used pre cardio or in strict deficits rather than in stages of development. The power of L-car has to do with its mechanism to act on skeletal muscle fat metabolism, so yes for guys who are having trouble getting the last bit off this is a god send but at the same time this is something that would be very useful during other goals. Does anyone have any experience using L-Car for uses other than prolonged dieting?
I'm theorizing a small dose of insulin with a smaller dose of carbs, carnitine, and growth pre workout for volume days (twice a week) would be enough to significantly decrease intramuscular lipid deposits and give a huge boost to anerobic capcity while being at near "maintenance calories." An ideal combo for "recomp?"
