There's a lot of variables but it sounds like the relationship isn't doing it for you. I definitely wouldn't play games. Communicate effectively with her.

Was she 45-1hr driving away at the time?

Do you live like ten minutes from her so it wasn't a big deal?

Has this ever happened before?

Was she sorry?

How does she react when you tell her nicely how it made you feel?
