You guys need to follow me if you want to prevent this from happening during future holidays. The secret is about 3 weeks before you go away just eat as much food as possible. That way by the time you go away you have no abs to lose cos they disappeared weeks ago then you can just enjoy your holiday

Part of me did think to myself shall I do a mini cut before I go but the other 95% thought no chance. I have just ate a whole chicken... 1kg

I get ready for a vacation like its a contest.im ripped with veins everywhere .
Then 3 days Into my all inclusive vacation my abs are gone from eating everything in sight by day 5 I look pregnant and most of my clothes don't fit me
Then when I get home I'm always hungry and eating like shit.then repeat after a few weeks

With all due respect. If you were ripped clean as if you prepped properly for a show, there is no way you could wreck it in five days. You may have been distended from food being in the gut, but you just cant make fat in that quantity in that amount of time.

It's definitely all water but water and fat look pretty much the same so either way, it defeats the purpose of wanting to look good on vacation, even if the water weight comes off a few days after getting home. The trick is to not completely lose control on vacation when wanting to look good.
