I am 51 y.o. and work out at about 6-6:30 in AM.
I start with coffee 2-3 12oz over 30-45 min ( up at 5: 45 - 6:30 )
I add 2-3 tablespoons of L-Caritine liquid to 12 oz of water to start when warming up - with 100mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid, (2) 250mg Milk Thistle, and
(2) 600mg NAC ( liver protection ) and T-BOL or D-BOL depending uopn my cycle.
Here's my TWIST; Nearthe end of my 45-60 min workout, I start drinking a combo of : 4oz of water, 3oz of grape juice, 3oz of black cherry juice ( good for arthritis), about 1 gram each of Piracetum ( NOORTROPIC ), cordecyps powder, and maca root extract. These are "Adaptogens" and hormone balancers.
Hit the shower and I'm flying high with a protein drink about 1.5 hours later followed by a hearty lunch.
