Well, I was more interested in the diet part.

Finding your sweet spot for carbs using the mirror seems like a good idea. Anyone tried it?

I use a vary simular systems with my carbs only my carbs are alot lower. And yes i use the mirror not the scale.

I'm with you on that. I'm still recovering after my run which ended last May. Very poor judgment on my part though.

I did a contest, weighed in at 280, and looked like shit, then did 400mg per day tren for 7 days straight leading into another contest, weighed in at 260, and looked much better. I guess it helped lean me up, but I did an hour of cardio per day also and kept a tight diet. I felt a bit depressed and just not right for over a month after that. It may or may not have been the tren.
 
2100mg of tren a week :eek: at 300 and I feel my eye lids are crazy glued to my forehead I cant imagine 2100mg I would be volunteering to pressure washing the roof's in my entire neighborhood at 3 AM :banghead:

That's nuts...u can do that with any aas for that matter test,deca,dbol,adrol whatever but everyone is after stable blood levels so how can that be sustained with the 2 or 3 day blast then down then up :confused:
 
I believe his point is: "go as high as you can handle, but no need to go over 300mg/day".

And these guys saying you didn't recover for a while. Do you mean you were shut down for a while? Of course you were. This is not a protocol for those thinking that a few clomid tabs will get you running again. You do something like this for a while and your system probably won't ever work properly again, ever...

Don't think this is meant to be a protocol for the average gym rat, but rather, those who want to compete.
