Amazing symetery and shape

Wasn't it said that the guys in the ME don't really take test? Personally test really bloats me even prop, sure it feels good but I'm not a huge fan of it.

From what I have heard they test in their offseason 2-3g a week dosage (and of course its all pharmaceutical in the ME) and then cut it out completely for shows. I was speaking to someone who had lived in Egypt for 10 years and explained how they really pushed the limits with everything, training 4 hours a day split into two sessions, eating only oraganic foods and using large dosages of things like primobolan, anavar and winstrol leading up too a show.

This is all I heard, im not discrediting their genetics and ability or hard work. Its just interesting compared to the western world, where we stick with test prop, tren ace and masteron for shows mainly and big doses of deca, eq, tren e, test c or e in the offseason.

Having actually spoken to quite a few middle eastern competitors (being advised by one now to) who have a complete different look to most bodybuilders we see in terms of their quality. A few things i have noted from the ones I have TALKED to, so no trying to generalise here and also merely relaying, not saying its right or wrong :-

1. They are not obsessed with the scales, their success in terms of cycles , gains etc are absolutely not dictated by weight increases / loss. They focus a lot on the mirror.

2. Nutrition is super basic and for the main part tend to be carb cycled on look / feeling, high protein not ridiculous high , moderate to low fat. They don't do the if it fits your macros thing, they eat very clean. I mean one told me straight he doesnt do this "Refeed" stuff, just diets hard and if he gets to flat increases carbs for a day or two then continues. Eat small frequent meals, the ones i have met do NOT force feed food at all.

3.Training wise , seems to be an emphasis on really contracting and "feeling" the muscle in the workout, some go heavy some not , but the main emphasis is putting absolute focus into getting the muscle to do the work and not just moving a weight from A to B.

4. Drug wise from what i have been advised and told, lots of hardeners together doses range from moderate to very high. They are all about LOOKING better, the guy who has helped me now has told me to get this idea of bulking up and leaning down out of my head and just focus on looking better each cycle, little more muscle little less fat, believes staying tight like that will allow you to really look more dense n fuller. They HATE UGL , pharma all the way, their is no pharma TREN A , so the rate Alpha Pharma as a good tren and the guys here in the uk use ARL as its VERY good.

Typical contest cycle - tren a/ test a / npp/ proviron / anavar /winny / primo / m tren or halo/ GH lots / IGF1/ some use slin

off-season - basic test and deca, tbh not even high doses from the competitors ive talked to, they just basically cruise for as long as they can keeping tight and growing into a show. (obviously once you have built your size up)

Typical use ramp up cycles going very high, one guy uses 500mcg of proviron a day as honestly reckons gives a hugely denser looks. And these guys do not fuck about they get CRAZY lean i mean they diet down till there skin and muscle. the ones who are over here honestly start prep with full abs and obliques.

That's all i can think of right now tbh. But nothing really extraordinary, these guys bust ass on diet and train hard and using the right drugs to emphasize their look.

Yes they do. I don't know how the judges are able to pick a clear cut winner, since 99% of the competitors look similar.

omfg, I am in aweeeeee right now of that guys physique. People say "Wheeler" had the prettiest, most complete physique of all time. But I swear
imho this guy is right there next to him or even a lil bit sharper. He's completely balanced head to toe and has the size and pop that is jaw dropping. Ima stop now cuz I could go on an on with how impressive dude is. Just goes to show you as well how much talent is out there that a lot of the public have no idea about. Hopefully those kinds of people get recognized and the credit they deserve for the hard work and genetics they have
 
He looks good. Alot of middle eastern bb's have that unique look different to us bb's. I wonder why that is

I think he is from the middle east, I've noticed a lot of guys from the middle east or Egypt always come in amazing condition and have some really phenomenal shape.

Im not trying too set off a discussion about what they take or use or what their diets are like as that's a discussion that's been driven into the ground, I just think this physique looks phenomenal and I would kill too look like this.

Looks damn near flawless
