Bezos is a notorious fitness fanatic so it is no suprise that he looks ....fit.

I remember an article a few years ago where he said that one of his daily rituals is his morning workouts/running/cycling. He said that it helped him kind of recenter his mind and get the bugs out before starting the day. Most of the very very uber succesful CEO's and business tycoons believe in the 3am-4am workout routine. Granted, they arent training like we would. But to their credit they are training and they are consistent. Many of them absolutely LOVE their workouts and are totally addicted to fitness. It wouldnt surprise me at all if some of them lingered on a board like this one for the info and community.

I have met him before. My brother is in management of a subsidiary of Amazon. The guy is definitely on HRT and HGH.Many of those guys in tech are into nootropics and life extension. HGH, HRT, micardis, ingesting ketones, microdosing LSD, provigil. They all want the edge. I was surprised he was so short. He looked only about 5 feet 7 tops.Those guys are living in an alternative universe with how much money they have.. They work 70 hr weeks. They want the edge.
