Are you still here? Tyson's Golds moved into an office building still on 7..but remember these guys trained a lot at Olympus in Seven Corners area.

Not any more. I was in the DMV from 1997-2010 or so but I do visit the area once or twice a year still. Yeah Gold's Gym International (Corp) bought the Fitness First locations in the DMV and converted the Fitness First Tysons location to the new Gold's Gym around. The original Tysons Gold's Gym is now a Crunch Fitness.

Matt Duval trained at the Tysons location every day. Kamali was there in the early days until he moved to Jersey for a while. After he came back not sure where he trained.

I know he isn't huge and all that, but he is interesting to listen to sometimes. Obviously, there's things he says that make me scratch my head, but whatever. He does have some interesting stories.
