AAA ya beat me to it. Yep. American Idol has paula Abdul, Randy and
Simon. Plus they don't pass Opera singers in a pop music talent comp.
Either way that guy bought tears to my eyes. One of my favor Operas.

awe inspiring, maybe. Try strapping a bass guitar in this clowns hands and have him play the bass and keyboards while singing and playing "the spirit of radio".
If you need inspiration, bad day, something to listen too when you know you don't want to be under the iron. Put RUSH's subdivisions cd in your ipod.
I can't say enough about Rush's music, it's inspirational and motivational

In an era where artists are judged on the way they look or how much market share they can gather, its nice to see an average Joe come out on the stage and blow people out of the water because of the power and talent of their VOICE! No cool dance moves, overdubs, remixing, or "wall of sound" needed here! Thanks for sharing that.

I'm not a huge fan of opera either but this part is at the very end when I'm usually waking up. I know the first and last 5 minutes of many a great opera.LOL

I also think it is just a great story....I mean here is a guy selling cell phones and has always dreamed of becoming an opera singer and he gets his shot and nails it....That is pretty cool imo.....I like stories of people seizing the opportunities presented to them.....
