Aminos -- How much? And When?

I use to take the Bev. aminos too along with the liver tabs. And I could see a difference in my recovery ability. But nothing I have tried has come close to LBA's.

I eliminated all of my protein supplements, and just took in whole food and the aminos at the ratios that Phil gave me for a little over two months straight, and was very happy with my results. (I have some pics up in the photo thread)

They are expensive, but well worth the money. And as soon as I can work them into my budget again, I will be contacting Phil to order more.

Amen, me too. When I eat artificial sweeteners, including stevia; I get an unbearable pressure in my chest, feels like someone's standing on it. Before I developed this allergy I took 20tbs a day for about 4 months and LBAs are hands down the greatest supp/food ever for me.
