hey guys, been a member of this board for a long time now, and have been seeing some amazing transformation over the past year or so.. so i thought id get in on the act!
ok a little history on me, been training since around 17years of age, im now turning 22 in 2 weeks!
only been seriously training for aroud 3 years, made some mistakes along the way, but dont we all?
this past off season, from around 2008-2009, i did my own off-season plan. this was just eat eat and eat.. and guess what?? i just got FAT!!.. so after a while, i decided to get my ass into shape, as im looking to compete in 2011.. in steps SHELBY..
i hired this guy in dec 2009, and let me tell ya, hes phenomal! replies so quickly to queries and emails, and hes just been their everystep of the way, its been an amazing journey so far, and im looking to forward to making my best gains this up coming off-season... when i hired shelby, our main goal was to loose bodyfat, keep muscle and get to a leaness where i could start a lean mass phase, we have achieved our goal, and im looking forward to this off season now..
As far as trainings concerned, for my off season i will be doing DC training the 3way split, keeping cardio and, and training with better form and consitancy.. i want to give shout outs, to phil hernon, b boy, mainevent, alex azarian, and obvcourse shelby as these guys take the time out to put valuable information here on the board..
My bros are also on this board under the names OMEGA RED, and Main events young client is my younger bro...
