ample time between GHRP shots?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if 3 hrs is enough time between GHRP2 shots to enable a second pulse? or is 3 hrs a little on the "tight side" in terms of creating another pulse?

i am in a position where i can pin every 2 hrs most days from morning to evening so i can get a fair bit of natural GH elevations from peps.

Am i correct in saying that with GHRP, if for example you do your morning shot and then inject to soon (lets say 2hrs for example) this will be wasted and will not cause the pituitary to release another pulse which is the reason we need to wait at least 3 hrs or more?

has there been any study's that have been done to show that your next GHRP shot needs to be done X hours after the last to guarentee another pulse else will make the shot useless and a waste water & peptide?

I don't think its useless. I would do every 2hrs. They peak around 30-45mins and are active for an 1-1.5hrs from what I understand. So 2hrs would be enough time for the previous dose to have cleared.

But i have read that most articles say to leave at least 3 hrs else your body will not have enough time to allow a second pulse and deem the shot useless?
