I have a question I'm hoping to get some feedback on...
I'm taking LBA's in between meals usually 4x a day.....I'm only taking in a whey protein shake PWO (also TrueProtein) and all other protein throughout day is lean beef, chicken, fish and milk. Should I also supplement in BCAA's on top of this or is that overkill?
