hey, bro's new to this site and it seems like a great place to get educated info. i'm having trouble finding any detailed last week prep. i'm sitting at 11 days out from my show. i'm 29 and currently 5'8, 210lbs. i'm getting my last week prep in order and need some opinions. i dropped all test today and i'm running
tren-100mg ed
winny-75mgs ed
proviron-75mg ed
femera-2.5 mg eod
i will continue this until the show and add in nolve 60mg ed this sun. i plan on starting my carb depletion on this sun. no more then 25gr a day.
on thurs i was planning to start my carb load w/ 800gr of clean carbs w/ 30 iu's of insulin throughout the day. will drink 2.5-3 gal of distilled water, take herbal diuretics and cut sodium this day.
friday same as thurs except only 1.5 gal of distilled water before 6pm.

sat a breakfast w/ simple and complex carbs, moderate sodium, moderate fatty protein.

does this sound like a solid plan. any imput would be helpful.

Glad you decided to join us - Welcome

You are throwing out AMNY questions at once.

There's a ton of info in the Articles Forum. You can also try the Search Engine for specific topics/items as that works well. You might try and ask one or two questions at a time. I would feel a bit overwhelmed trying to do any justice to answering "all" these questions in one post. :)

I am not a fan of distilled water.
A good quality spring water is better.
Cann the herbal diuretics. They're shit.
Do Aldactone for the last week, then depending on what you look like before the comp, do dyazide or lasix, etc.
If you don't have experience with insulin for comp loading, don't do it as most likely you'll screw it up and look shit.
Synthelator is a must one hour before you go on stage.
Go to the Article's forum and read there. Tons of good info, regarding every single aspect of comp preparation, from the diet and training part of it to the last week prep, water control, gear, etc.
BTW, your gear plan is good.
 
i found some good info on Aldactone. i didn't see what your water intake should be. do i drink a couple gal of spring water up until friday and discontinue water at say 6pm. i've competed many times the last time being 4 years ago and every time i lost to much water and was flat even w/ a carb up (shit load) i don't tend to hold much water and now after dropping my prop/susp in the morning i'm pretty much were i need to be as far as water goes. i know the carbs/insulin will have me hold some but i don't want to be flat.
so with that said 50 mg Aldactone (if i can get it in time) split twice a day for 4 days before the show. drink 2 gal of spring water til friday and depending on how i look 1.5 gal of water before 6 pm
if i could get Synthelator within 10 days i would use it but if coming from austraila(sp?) i don't think i will get it in time.

If you pay the extra $30 for the EMS courier, they get it to you within 3 to 5 days max at your door.
