Hello guys amd gals.
Am a bit on the shy side (to say the very least), but thought it'd be cool to start a log.
A little bit about me:
- 41 years of age
- Solo parent of a younger child
- Union Electrician
- Been training since I was 14 years old or so
I figure that's a good start. New to all this lol.
As stated above, I will be looking to step on stage at the Masters USA this year. The division I will be competing in will the Classic division.
I currently have a coach (to provide more information).
Too add a little more information, prior to late November/ early December of 2024, I hadn't lifted weights (or even been in a gym) for close to 3 years. So, obviously, as of July, I am now 8 months into it.
Will add:
- a before pic
- a pic from March 29th of 2025 (when I reached my " stripping off the fat " point)
- a current pic
I have pretty thick skin (on account of growing up with a harsh father lol, as well as being an Electrician who primarily works in the construction field), so flame away ! Lol !
