Anabolic Primer

I just bought this book (Anabolic Primer) by Phil Embleton. Anyone heard of it? like it? hate it?
its about ten years old at least.

ok, im 30% through the book and so far I have learned one thing. This board is the best! Im reading information that is valuable, but at my fingertips on this board. In fact I would say that ProMuscle is even MORE in depth on the topics at hand (no doubt because of first hand experience).
Anyway, save your money for books and stay here on PM.

Yea I have it. It is old and outdated a bit, but there is some cool stuff in there from Duchaine DePasquale, etc. Got some cool pictures, lol.

I have it too and it was good at the time, however as you say once you are a member here. This site has all you will ever need.

Ya, I was reluctant to buy it because of the date of print, but I needed a good read about AAS. Your all right about the pics-its the best part of it. In terms of info.......it was not even a rehash of the boards knowledge....especially in terms of peptides etc.
How about a ProMuscle book...........my wife is a member of a harry potter site and they are producing books. Holy crap, did I just mention harry potter on ProMuscle? sorry
