I was wondering if there is such a thing after being sick for over a week and essentially not being able to eat almost anything. 300 calories a day on some days, being Gatorade light.
I started some normal dieting last week Monday, very low carb, high protein, medium to high fat. Wednesday of that week i started getting bad diarrhea all day long, thinking it was just something i ate. After another day, i get all the common symptoms of a gastrointestinal virus, except for vomiting strangely enough, takes a lot for me to vomit as it is. Well after almost a week of this virus already and still sick with it, i of course lost a lot of weight quick and its not much water as i was already carb depleted by the time i got sick. Losing a lot of fat and of course muscle, especially since ive not trained in a week and half now, im lucky im on low test and tren now otherwise im sure itd be worse.
So what i really want to know is there an anabolic rebound that would be caused from going through all this and what would be the best way to take advantage of it.
