"anabolic rebound" , hypertrophy or just temporary super compensation??

Im a huge fan of justin harris and his methods. I could not believe how round and full I was all while still getting leaner. His insulin protocol is my favourite out of the ones I have followed.
Were you coached by him or did you just follow his methods? His approach is calculated and it seems to work. Really non flashy coach I like the guy.

I was coached by him for 3 months. Only reason I stopped was because I tore my rotator cuff. Really solid guy overall.

less toxic, i.e. test, primo, nandrolone, EQ and of course gh and insulin

it would be ideal to use the gh and insulin test alone - even at high doses, you can maintain very good health parameters on bio-identical hormones, better than 90% of the population

So it's what you advise everytime.....

HGH Slin Test as base like 50% of our cycle.
Then switch between EQ TrenAce to Test EQ Npp.

Which is basically a "more toxic cycle" into a relaxed one.

Ofc orals are all out of this equation.

This is the approach I am taking now post show. 6iu HGH, 10iu slin 3 times daily on workout days (4 days), 1000mg test. I will do this for about 4 more weeks or so before going into more of a "health phase" probably half the HGH, no slin and 250mg test.

I can ask u how was the train under Justin ?

I'm a fan. It's why I talk highly of him. Everything he teaches and passes along is well though out. I learnt quite a bit from him in my short time.

But to be realistic, it's nothing I couldn't have learnt from this forum. But hiring a coach takes the guess work out of it and man I'm not getting any younger. I'd rather spend money on a good coach than waste time (coming from someone who did his own prep last 2 shows)
