Doesn't matter how much you can lift in the gym if you have heart failure. I learned the hard way. Try to get in at least 30 minutes after each weight lifting session IMO.I
I hope you are doing fine now. This is an eye opener. I never used to do Cardio in the start, always found it too hard. Been doing it On & Off for a couple of years now, helps alot imho.
