Half-Life

When it comes to Orals I go by the half-life so that it's always in my system thus assisting hypertrophy. The shorter the half life the smaller the mg dose taken more often. The longer half life the less often the oral needs to be taken.

Oxymetholone has a half-life of roughly 16 hours so twice a day dosage is sufficient.
In many cases I take smaller doses more often to offset negative side effects such as headaches etc. Many people report headaches while taking Adrol and thus favor Dbol etc but I do not have this issue with drol.

Back pumps are pretty strong with Anadrol for myself luckily Taurine remedies this along with a banana, coconut water etc.

Take Ed bout a hour before workout . I always use my orals after everything else has kicked in like four weeks in . Also 4 weeks on then 4 weeks off. Make sure to have nolva on hand as well it's the only AI that works for it .
