If its very good var from a very good source then 40-50mg is a good dose for moderate strength/lean gains. I prefer around 75-80mgs per day. Pumps are insane, very vascular, huge strenth increase,etc...
What’s you weight/bf and how long are you planning on running the var for?
I'm 2 weeks into my first cycle ever. I'm running var at 80mg and it’s very mild. I've gained practically no weight but I've got a reasonably high % bf and may have gain a little and lost fat.
Depends of the quality bro, some tomes you take 50 gr of the good Oxandrin and it works awesome, some times some of the other 15 mg pills you need to go up to 80 mg, but is bc it doesnt bring the mg. they say.
I used powerline and DT Var @ 50mg per day and liked it for the lack of sides and nice vascularity and strength. My girl is using 10mg per day and looks UNREAL! It's amazing how well a woman responds to a tiny dose compared to men.
