10mg per day, and after a week i start noticing a definite leaning out effect.
especially if diet and cardio are on point...
with more than 20mgs and pumps become too much of a hinderance to all aspects life/traning.
i feel the average gym rat can get by on 10mg per day... pumps and such may not be as pronounced, but there is certainly something positive going on over time.
