I have didn't notice anything diff so I'm back with my staple multi animal pak. animal pak is the best bodybuilding multi u can buy and for 22 bucks for 44 packs u can't beat it
i'd rather support a sponsor. just was curious as i came across it in a mag the other day.I normaly take spectrum multi.would like to take tp's multi but as mentioned in another thread his contains iron and i already have a high iron count.thx

You are right to avoid iron. I reviewed Anavite's ingredients. Not badly formulated. Magnesium chelate not oxide. Good zinc / copper ratio.
Shortcomings:
- light on D3
- vit E choice is not great. You want a mix of different tocopherols and tocotrienols (esp. gamma tocopherol)
- would like to see some r-lipoic acid, lycopene, and maybe NAC
Beta-alanine and carnitine are great. I prefer to take separately on empty stomach.
OrthoCore is better as a multi and preferred by the "life extension" guys. Honestly, I'm not sure these nuances matter for muscle building.
Ive never personally tried the Anavite. But like a couple other guys said. why not support a sponsor and get a better product cheaper??!! TPs multi works good for me.
