Who says you have to eat oatmeal for breakfast?Microwave some old fashioned oats, throw in a spoonful of peanut butter and a spoon full of grape jelly and that’s pretty damn good IMO
I do IF and skip breakfast now tho so haven’t had oatmeal in a while
I wish I could eat it as I love oatmeal. It just doesn't agree with my digestive system. I have given it so many tries....so many ways over the years.
It just leaves me bloated and not feeling like eating for hours on end.

Sweet potatoes, grits (post workout only) and I eat a fair amount of fruit at times. Also a big staple is rice as I can eat that almost to a point of eating too much....but even then I can be ready to eat again within 2 hours or less.That sucks man so what do you do as an alternative if your eating clean?

Quick oats in water, raw, no soaking.
Just drink / swallow.
Coaches with a tablespoon unsalted grass fed butter, stevia, cinnamon, banana and some whole milk (raw)...so damn good
steel cut need to be soaked for 24 hours before cooking...
Flavor God has two offerings that go well with oatmeal: Chocolate Donut and Gingerbread Cookie. Zero calories but outstanding flavor. Very good.
I heard good things about Flavor God spices. What else do yo use these two flavors on?
