And now.. the Oatmeal thread!

Quick oats + unsweetened almond milk + salt + splenda + cinnamon and/or raisins in the microwave for 2 min.

I've tried adding stuff to it like protein powder or peanut butter and it turns out like glue, haha!
 
It is what it is,.....quickest way to get them down.

Do you not like to enjoy your food? It doesn’t take all that much to just slow down for a few minutes and enjoy a meal. Nothing wrong with your way - i used to do that too.
 
My all time favorite came from a Rich Piana video (big surprise) but it sounded good and made sense to me. Sure enough i liked it. He was railing against protein powder and claimed his recipe was better and well I haven't bought protein since.

Regular dry Quaker Oats
Egg whites
Peanut Butter
Banana

Blend into a shake.

It's like my post workout treat and I can't wait to get home from the gym to make it.
 
1 cup dry Quaker Oats(The big box from Costco)

Two scoops of chocolate protein(Rivalus)

1-2 cups of Three Berry blend from Costco

8-12 Oz water

Blend it up and that's usually breakfast
