could be wrong but i believe he was one of the first to train 1 body part a day 20sets each.hes the first i heard of when i was 16=17yrs old. now 37yrs.before that everyone was doing 3on 1off not saying it was a good move but many r doing this now.

I dont know how many times guys in their 20's and 30's have said wow...you look great for your age, hope I look like you when I am your age! I just look em up and down say... you should wish that you look as good as me right now! lol!!

This guy is in great shape. I may never get there but I'm trying hard at 51. I don't know if my photo attachment worked. But I aggree I see a lot of younger guys at the gym that have a long ways to go. Hell it took me this long to get to where I'm at.
