For TRT he recommends test cream mixed with Chrysin as an anti-e mixed at a compounding pharmacy.

He only eats organic. He is big on avoiding pesticides and other hormone disrupting chemicals such as those found in deodorants and shampoos etc.

He eats a lot of free range organic eggs. And he eats the entire egg. He says yokes have huge value.

He believes in drinking alkaline water. To avoid cancer since he had a tumor that paralyzed his face.

Slice up an organic lemon put it into the gallon of water. Peel and all.

Add I think 3-5 tablespoons of baking soda.

Sometimes he adds himalayan salt for minerals.

Drink all day.

You guys should try this water it totally buffers lactic acid when you train.

You can blast through the burn. Im telling you.

One more thing.

Andreas says to go into a dry sauna and sweat shit out while pounding this water.

Mad respect, but if you youtube him he has strange videos. He looks a little "out there" to me personally.

He's definitely a little eccentric.

I always enjoy seeing people who aren't afraid to show their inner weirdness, personally. Normalcy can get boring.
