Anyone who trains with Milos is going to be busting their ass. I wish Milos could have done this training with Paul Dillett. That would have went over well. To Dillett's credit, he didn't need anywhere near this amount of stimulation to get what he needed. These guys really bust their asses though when Milos trains them. Anyone who is saying none of these guys work hard need only to watch these sessions.
