I noticed on MD that Fakhri started a storm by posting this youtube clip of shoulder presses. Now that I work out at home I have had some issues between incline for chest and shoulder work. The bench I have is annoying because I can only guess the general angle and check the feel of it as I use it.
What degree settings do you feel work for you?
