Anyone trying using MET-Rx Arsenal? Looks cheaper and more affordable.

Adams by NOW is a great multi-v. Most of the vitamins and minerals are in their most natural form and for the ones that aren't, they are protein chalated for better aborbtion.

I will eventually get around to using life extention multi-v (the best of the best), but for now the Adams will have to do.

Good choice, been using the Life Extension multi for around 15 years now. I am amazed at some of the responses on this thread ranging from complaints of too many pills and people stating that they are not necessary. You would be surprised at how necessary they really are to keep your entire body running efficiently. This is even more so when you consider the stress we put on our bodies with our lifestyle. Anyone who thinks you can get all the nutrients and protection your body needs from our food supply is kidding themselves and has been severely misinformed. If your goal is too not only look good and be strong but too do it for a long time and with a healthy body then taking a multi-vitamin is a no brainer. It is like building a high HP car and racing it hard but then neglecting to change the fluids and do regular maintenance work. It is going to run great for a while but will eventually break down and is not meant for longevity.
