In fairness to all people involved the statement on cooperating was a strategicly place comment placed to do what it does get everyone thinking they have to roll if everyone else is.

Its very common to use when two people are in seperate interogation rooms. Its pretty effective against anyone who does not really hold to, even if my best buddy was over there rolling, I have nothing to contribute to the investigation.

Local involvement is local involment no matter how many aliases you use. It is one of the unique situations where customers do carry a high value in terms of LE.

Its not good for anybody but LE.
