Another Gyno Question - next step

Me - I'm normally on TRT at 150mg Test E and .25 Adex EOD for AI. Worked well. I'm 46 BTW.

Blast - Starting early December, I bumped it up to 300mg Test E for a blast and am now getting gyno condition (hard nipple, sore, lump'ish feeling under nipple). I also noticed my Jr. not responding at all.

So I up the Adex to .5mg to EOD but didn't work. So I introduced Nolvadex at 20mg ED along with Adex at .75mg EOD.

Above protocol seemed to worked OK after a week or so -soreness and lump was disappearing. And my Jr is woken up fine.

Now - it seems to be coming back again with above protocol. Nipple still sore and can feel slight lump'ish mass under the nipple.

What should I do at this point? Bump up either or both or try something else - I have Aromasin, Clomid, and Letro. I'll be getting off 300mg at mid February back to 150mg Test E.

I'm getting blood work this Wednesday also so I'll know more then. Thank you for your help.

GGet some aromasin way better then adex. I am very sensitive to gyro and once I switched from adex to aromasin no problems. Manpower is a good one to go for this.

I have some aromasin but was just going to order some more from them.

Question - Do I keep the Nolva at current level or drop both Adex/nolva and start the aromasin. And at what dose?

Thanks and hope this will work - last step is to drop the test E to trt level or start letro but don't want to take letro route yet.

AAromsin take a few days to build up in my experience so run your current protocol overlapping your aromasin for a few days.

start exem @ 25mg ED
add nolva at 40mg ED for 2-3 weeks until lump is dramaticallyyyyy reduced, taper down every 2 weeks by 10 mgs, so 40 for 2-3 weeks, 30 for 2 week, 20 for 2 weeeks.....if you have an actual lump, my experience is it will never go 100% compleelty away, but u will be able to make it non visible or noticable...i just keep the nolva running at 10mg throughout, and drop the exem down to the lower dose of 12.5 ed....should keep things completely manageable...if you go higher in MGs of gear, id bump those up as well, 25mg ed exem, 20mged nolva.... if you go look at BIGAs articles, he use to run a hi dose of letro with 40mg nolva ED to combat estro....

I've started Aromasin last night at 12.5mg and decreased Adex from .5mg to .3mg and tonight, I'll do another 12.5mg and .25mg respectively. I doing this so that I don't have any side of withdrawal of Adex (don't thing there will but being careful) and building up aromasin on my blood. I'll do 25mg aromasin starting tomorrow. I'm keeping nolva at 20mg at this point.

There isn't actual lump per se. What I feel is more of a nodules around the underside of nipple - so I'm doing this so that i could get rid of that or at minimum, not make it worse.

Lastly - I think I'm more susceptible to gyno right now due to holiday weight gain (not the good kind, more of a chicken and dumpling kind). I just dropped 7lb since so I'm hoping combination of things will nip this. Its bit of waste but its what it is, especially holidays.

Didn't have to wait a whole week - nodules and sensitivities are gone on both side. Perhaps slight (very very minor) irritation is still there but for all practical purpose, non issue. Guess Aromasin is quite powerful after all. I'll use that at lower dosage from now on. Thanks again.

if still little nodules....put nolva to 40mg for a week or 2....they will shrink, beleiev me...then bring it back to maintaince....glad to hear cleared up tho
