Another Kai Video

A couple guys have posted videos of Kai leading up to and after his AC victory. I wondered if anybody had seen this one. He talks about coming out to California to work with Charles Glass and then what seems to be his resultant disappointment. Is it just me or does he look unhealthy? He is obviously suffering through some intense cramping. For you more experienced competitors, is that pretty normal for this level of prep?

there must have been at least 110391290132909 "you knows". kai obviously hated charles glass's training. from what i saw didnt seems like much anyway. no wonder he flew his trainer out of NY. and gave charles the boot.

Well he tried something different and it didnt work as well as he hoped, now he knows. But, Glass must not have done a poor job or the last 2 weeks would not have made that huge of a difference.

I wasn't actually posting this video because I found it brilliant or insightful, I just wanted to know if anyone else thought he seemed unhealthy and if the cramping was the norm at that level, YA KNOW?!
